These Terms apply to every person attending an event in New Zealand presented or promoted by CMA (“Event”), including holders of Accommodation Packages. They sit alongside Flicket’s purchase terms, which govern the ticket transaction, payment, fees and delivery, and the venue’s conditions of entry. By buying a ticket or package, or attending an Event, you agree to them.
1. Your rights under New Zealand law
1.1 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
1.2 All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (15%) unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation, changes and refunds
2.1 Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as required by law or set out in these Terms. Change of mind is not a reason for a refund.
2.2 If an Event is cancelled, you will be offered a refund of the ticket face value through Flicket2.3 If an Event is rescheduled or relocated, your ticket remains valid for the new date or venue. If you can’t attend the new date, you may request a refund through Flicket within the period advised.
2.4 Changes to the line-up, set times, stage layout or support acts are not grounds for a refund unless the headline artist is cancelled.
2.5 Events go ahead rain or shine. We may delay, suspend or end an Event early for safety reasons, including weather or civil defence warnings, and will follow the law on any refund owed.
3. Resale and transfers
3.1 Tickets may only be transferred or resold through Flicket’s official transfer or resale facility, where available.
3.2 Reselling tickets above face value, plus permitted fees, is prohibited, including under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Major Events Management Act 2007 where it applies. Tickets resold in breach may be cancelled without refund.
4. Conditions of entry
4.1 Age restrictions apply as advertised. For R18 Events, you must show valid photo ID accepted under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012: an NZ driver licence, a passport or a Kiwi Access Card. No ID, no entry, no refund.
4.2 Entry is subject to venue conditions and security checks. Bags may be searched. Prohibited items will be confiscated.
4.3 CMA and the venue may refuse entry to or remove anyone who is intoxicated, under the influence of illicit substances, behaving in a disorderly, offensive or unsafe way, or breaching these Terms. No refund will be given.
4.4 No re-entry unless stated otherwise.
4.5 Each ticket admits one person only. Lost, stolen, damaged or duplicated tickets may not be honoured.

5.2 You must follow all reasonable directions from venue staff, security, NZ Police and CMA representatives.
5.3 CMA has zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination and violence.
6. Accommodation packages
6.1 Accommodation Packages (“Packages”) are sold through Flicket. Accommodation is supplied by the hotel and arranged by our travel partner, Festigo Travel. The hotel’s own booking conditions also apply to your stay.
6.2 Each Package includes two nights’ accommodation, the Event tickets for the number of guests booked, the merchandise voucher(s) and any other inclusions listed at purchase, such as express entry or breakfast, where stated.

6.4 The lead guest must be 18+ and present valid photo ID and a credit card for incidentals at check-in. Room charges, damage, minibar and any extras are your responsibility and payable to the hotel.
6.5 Packages are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in clause 6.6. Guest name changes can be requested until 25 February 2027, 30 days before check-in, by contacting CMA at will@trianglegroup.au.
6.6 If the Event is cancelled, you will be refunded the ticket portion of your Package. If the Event is cancelled on or before 26 January 2027, 60 days before check-in, you will also receive a refund of 50% of the accommodation portion of your Package. After 26 January 2027, the accommodation portion is non-refundable, except as required by law. Your rights under clause 1.1 are not affected.
6.7 If the Event is rescheduled, we and Festigo Travel will try to move your accommodation to the new dates. If that isn’t possible, refunds are handled under clause 6.6.
6.8 Merchandise vouchers are valid only at the Event, are not redeemable for cash and can’t be replaced if lost.

8. Liability
8.1 To the extent permitted by law, CMA, the venue and the artists are not liable for any loss, injury or damage to people or property at or in connection with the Event, including indirect or consequential loss. For anyone who doesn’t hold a Package, this includes travel and accommodation costs.
8.2 Where liability cannot be excluded, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, our liability is limited to what that law allows. Otherwise it is limited to the price you paid for the ticket or Package.
8.3 Personal injury at the Event is covered by ACC under the Accident Compensation Act 2001.
9. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal information under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and our Privacy Policy. Package details are shared with Festigo Travel and the hotel only so they can manage your booking.
